Julie Manning has devoted her career to the field of Confectionary Arts. As an artist growing up, she has applied her skills and talents to the wonderful world of Cake Decorating. Having an eye for design and detail, she is known for her beautifully executed cakes, and has created cakes for well-known figures such as James Brown, Lauren Hill, Bob Timberlake and B.B. King.

In addition, Julie has also had her cakes published in "Bride's" magazine, as well as a few others, and was highlighted for her Wedding Cakes on Channel 13's June 2005 broadcast of "Today's Smart Woman". Julie also holds the title as Grand Champion in the Southeastern USA Retail Baker's Association's 2005 Cake Decorating Competition. She placed First in the Wedding Cake category as well as the 3-D Sculpture and Rolled Fondant categories.

Since relocationg here to Central Florida 6 1/2 years ago, Julie has worked with Sprinkles Custom Cakes in Winter Park. During her employment with Sprinkles, she has had a chance to even better her skills. Sprinkles is an extremely busy and reputable bakery; she was fortunate enough to have been a part of that great team.
